Scuderia Ferrari Driver Sebastian Vettel Finishes Third at the Spanish Grand Prix
Congratulations to Scuderia Ferrari driver Sebastian Vettel, who finished third in the Spanish Grand Prix on Sunday, May 10 in Barcelona.
Last year, FIA granted a license to Haas Automation, Inc. founder and Stewart-Haas Racing co-owner Gene Haas to compete in the FIA Formula One World Championship. Plans for developing Haas F1 Team began immediately.
Early in 2014, Haas signed an agreement with Scuderia Ferrari to sponsor the team for the 2014 and 2015 seasons as “Official Supplier” to the storied Ferrari team. It’s no secret that Haas F1 Team chose Ferrari to power its cars for their 2016 debut, making the current relationship with Ferrari even more significant. Scuderia Ferrari expects delivery of Haas CNC machines in the coming months for use in its racing operations. While Haas’ sponsorship with Ferrari will end after 2015, Ferrari will power Haas F1 Team and remain an integral part of the team’s operation.
Haas F1 Team, the first American-led F1 team since 1986, will debut in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship in 2016, with primary sponsorship from Haas Automation. Like Haas F1 Team on Facebook and follow them on Twitter!
